• Select ONE COURSE ONLY FOR EACH SESSION (courses run concurrently)
• Use a primary email address belonging to the REGISTRANT, and one that will not change
• If you are with a PTC member school, answer YES to the school member question on the next page to get your PTC member discount (check here for member school list)
• If you have existing credit on your account, select "pay later by wire or check" and leave a note in the "notes" field about applying the credit. Upon receipt, the PTC will apply the credit and send a confirmation to you.
